Confirmation

Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Age restrictions parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. 

 

Terms Of Payment

We accepts payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Matercard & Visa Electron. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship COD (Cash on delivery).

 

Privacy policy

Any and all information given to OH DAWN is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties, and is strictly used between the customer and OH DAWN. By submitting your info, you agree to send it to OH DAWN who will process and use it according to their privacy policy.

 

Taxes

Local taxes, custom duties can occur, depending on your local area. Please contact you local authority more info. Such charges are not OH DAWN expenses. Within the EU, there are no duties to be paid.

 

Resale

Our merchandise is intended for retail consumers only. You shall not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

 

Returns

Should you, against expectations, regret your purchase, then any goods can be returned withing 14 days of reception of the goods. Should you regret your purchase, then return the goods in substantial state and quantity that you received your goods in. You must pay the freight costs for all goods returned. The purchase price will be credited to your account within 7 working days. Please remember to enclose information with your name and invoice number.

Defect item

If you for some reason feel you have received a defect item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defect, you must contact us immediately by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and a picture/description of the defected item. Please send to mail@ohdawn.com with subject "Defect item". Once we receive an e-mail from you, we will contact you as soon as possible with a RMA number (return number). Items sent without a RMA number will not be considered. 

 

Refund

Refunds for returned products will be made to the cardholder as soon as OH DAWN receives the package. For some credit cards (Mastercard etc), expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded.
